Anyone can rent you a booth. The PAD is an artist development company — we work with you on your sound, your brand, and your rollout, and we hold you accountable to the standard you say you want to reach. You leave every month with finished records and a sharper plan, not just used-up session time.

Membership is capped at 25 artists per month so every member gets real attention. When we're full, you join the waitlist.

The main floor — tracking, production, and video. Wide open hardwood built out for recording and content in the same session: cut the record, then shoot for it without leaving the building.

Jay has mastered his craft and his presets — an FL Studio specialist who dials in vocal chains that hit immediately. Newer to Pro Tools, but he'll work with you and guide you until you land on exactly the sound you're looking for.
